This cereal has never been genetically modified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The bottom surface of the injera, in contact with the pan, has a smooth texture, while the top surface is honeycombed and porous. At the beginning you are a bit clumsy, but helped by the conviviality of the environment, you progress quickly!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Injera recipe to make at home <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>First of all, you have to be able to get teff flour, or be lucky enough to have gone on a trip to Ethiopia ... Attention: the duration of fermentation is most often the cause of the failure of the recipe; indeed it is not easy to determine it because it varies significantly according to the climate. Therefore it will often be necessary to make several attempts before finding the right duration...<\/li><li> Boil 200 ml of water: add 200 ml of teff flour, mix well, and after a few minutes of rest, add little by little to the fermented preparation while stirring. The dough obtained should be quite fluid. <\/li><li>Let stand for 1 hour before cooking. <br><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>2- Cooking the pancake :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Heat the pan well.<\/li><li>Pour a thick layer of pancake batter in concentric circles from the outside to the centre of the pan;
