Ich hatte die Gelegenheit bei einem Aufenthalt in Eritrea es zu Essen. Hausgemacht aber auch im Restaurant war es sehr lecker. Fleischlose unterschiedliche Saucen würzig und auch mit Schärfe dazu. Es sättigt sehr. Mir fehlte nichts und hatte in 3 Wochen 5 kg abgenommen.
